The Web Publisher and your Browser

There is no learning curve when an Internet user accesses information from the Web Publisher. The user can click on hypertext links, scroll through a page, and use the other functions of the browser. The Web Publisher does not require a specific Internet browser. It will work with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, and others.

The Web Publisher displays a button bar at the top of each document:

The buttons have the following functions:

FIRST - Moves to the first document in the askSam data file.

PREVIOUS - Moves to the previous document in the askSam data file.

NEXT - Moves to the next document in the askSam data file.

LAST - Moves to the last document in the askSam data file.

SEARCH - Displays the Search Form. See Searching your Database for details.

HELP - Displays a Help Page. See Customizing Help for details.
