File Settings
The WebAdmin Utility lets you customize and configure the Web Publisher. You can define Global Settings or File Settings.
Ÿ Global Settings - are default settings for all documents in all askSam files. These are set using the Default Settings menu in the WebAdmin utility.
Ÿ File Settings - are default settings for all documents in a single askSam file. You define these settings by creating an Alias for a file, and then modifying the desired setting.
After defining an Alias for a file, you can set file settings for colors, background, headers, footers, search page, help, and search results.
NOTES:
1. If you define the same setting both globally and in a single file, the File Setting has priority for that file.
2. Using an Alias, you can open askSam files in directories other than your default askSam directory (as defined in the Install Settings).
3. The File Settings are saved in the Windows' Registry.
