askSam:  Tell us about your organization and your role within it.

YVETTE INGRAM:   Ingram Recruiting Solutions, Inc. is an executive search and recruiting firm, specializing in Telecommunications, IT and Emerging Technology.  My role is the owner and manager of Business Development as well as Executive Recruiter.

askSam: What is your work environment like?

YVETTE INGRAM:  My company is virtual and we use electronic recruiting as our main source of acquiring clients and candidates alike.

askSam:  Would you describe how you use the askSam Resume Tracking System?
