askSam: What is your role within your organization?

STEPHANIE THOMAS: I am the Records Manager / Librarian for Aur Resources, a junior mining company.

askSam: Can you tell us how you use askSam?

STEPHANIE THOMAS:   I use askSam Standard to catalogue my company's administrative files, technical reports and maps.   I also have the corporate library on askSam.   I like the fact that it is so flexible because the information I want to index for maps is quite different than the information for library materials etc.

askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, faster or more efficient?

STEPHANIE THOMAS:  It has made it easier to locate files, books, maps etc. because of the ability to find items using any key words, dates etc.

askSam: What kind of customer support you have received as a user?

STEPHANIE THOMAS:   I have required very little technical support.

askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?

STEPHANIE THOMAS:   Yes, because the software allows one to store information in different formats unlike less packages with less flexible entry forms.

askSam: What applications do you plan for askSam in the future?

STEPHANIE THOMAS:  I hope to be able to put information off the Internet into my askSam files.
