askSam: Mr. Medaugh, would you describe your organization and your role within it?
RICK MEDAUGH: Our company designs Energy Management Equipment for supermarkets and related businesses. Hardware as well as software is produced in-house. I manage a Quality Assurance department.
askSam: Which of our product(s) do you use and what applications have you found for askSam?
RICK MEDAUGH: I use an askSam database for storing Engineering Change Notices including all graphics. I also use askSam to generate, store and sort all of my Memos and Faxes. I use askSam as storage for all problems concerning our products, customer complaints, etc. I also use askSam for repository for all my ideas and thoughts for future product development.
askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, faster or more efficient?
RICK MEDAUGH: askSam's search capabilities are unparalleled and extremely fast, I have never lost any data in the database in the two years that I've been using askSam
askSam: Can you tell me about what kind of customer support you have received as a user?
RICK MEDAUGH: Customer support was always prompt, helpful and quick.
askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?
RICK MEDAUGH: I would recommend askSam to anyone because of it's great flexibility as a database, it's ease of use and also because of it's extremely powerful search features. Speed is outstanding.
