askSam: Introduction please?

Ray Moran.

askSam:  Can you tell me how you use askSam?

Ray Moran:  As a  owner of a Computer Consulting firm I need to keep track of lots of client, prospect, email data as well as tracking information be used and worked on at a Client's site which can be 3 months to a year!

askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, or faster or more efficient?

Ray Moran:  I have used a lot of the templates provided with Asksam and made changes by adding fields and many new pick list items. It allows me to work with one software, multiple databases in Asksam and search and enter data on all I do in my day to day business and personal life.

askSam: Why did you choose askSam over other products?  

Ray Moran:  Easy of use! Very small footprint in terms of RAM used on a workstation!  Quickness of searches and ease of generating reports to make life easier in a busy world!

askSam: How does askSam compare to some of the other programs?  

Ray Moran:  askSam for Windows is just plain simpler and faster  -- besides you don't have to program anything!

askSam: Can you tell me about what kind of customer support you have received as a user?

Ray Moran: None, I haven't needed any.

askSam:  Would you recommend askSam and Why?

Ray Moran:  I plan on using the WebPublisher version of Asksam to post electronic databases from my business web site and communicate with my clients more easier... Also plan on using Electronic Publisher to provide User Guides, newsletters and many other types of marketing info to my prospects and clients...
