askSam: We understand that you have purchased a Site License to use askSam in your manufacturing facility. What applications are you finding for askSam?
Mark X: I use askSam for everything I can. As a sales manager, I track over 1,500 prospects and 1,000 customers. I use it for an export inquiry database, complaint database, even keeping proprietary formulations!
askSam: How has askSam made your job faster and more efficient?
Mark X: I can search in a limitless number of ways. It is truly amazing to a prospect when they call; to be able to use one of many search options to pull up their record before the receptionists transfers the call to my office.
askSam: What kind of customer support have your needed.
Mark X: Our network administrator has a comprehensive training system for those not familiar with Windows. As a long-time computer and Windows user, I picked it (askSam) up in a snap without any training. Basically, I just started using it.
askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?
Mark X: No, because I want this to be my company's secret. Do not publish my name with these comments without getting permission from my boss. If allowed; I would shave my head and sell this product at the airport!
