askSam: What uses are you finding for your copy of the askSam Network Version?
JIM VAUSE: We started using askSam years ago with the early DOS version. Initially, we began keeping all our patient medical notes in askSam. Now, we have expanded the use to include three doctors, plus we have added prescription generation, billing, recall and various odd bits of information in askSam.
askSam: How has askSam made your job faster or more efficient?
JIM VAUSE: With askSam, we have rapid access to our notes. askSam provides the ability to research information without having to rely on predetermined data input. We just type information in and do the work on the retrieval side.
askSam: What kind of customer support have your received?
JIM VAUSE: askSam Systems support is good in that it is available via the Internet and CompuServe - not bad from 12.000 mile away.
askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?
JIM VAUSE: Yes, but I'm waiting for the programmable Windows version. I presently use the windows at home for EMAIL, etc.
askSam: What applications do you have for askSam in the future?
JIM VAUSE: I plan to scan letters and patient notes into askSam.
