askSam: What can you tell us about you use of askSam Standard?
IAN GAFFELL: I have captured the technical info published over 10 years in different paper formats and have made it available to the current support people with askSam. We have also started a structured database of tech support questions. I only have one problem. The GM has set passwords and forgotten them.
askSam: How has askSam made your job faster or more efficient?
IAN GAFFELL: These technical documents were basically too numerous to locate any info so they were forgotten. Now the information is immeadiately available.
askSam: What kind of customer support have you had from askSam?
IAN GAFFELL: I can not find a distributor in Australia.
