askSam:  Tell us about your organization and your role within it.

IAN HOGG:  Caltex is an oil company. The Inspection Department ensures equipment integrity through operation and construction.

askSam:   Which of our product(s) do you use and what  kind of information do you have in  your askSam database(s)?

IAN HOGG:  You name it, I've got it!  The askSam databases include personal data, memo's, letters, notes, todo, contacts, products, technical solutions, cocktails, email, etc., ... basically if it's in text, it's in askSam.

askSam:  Why did you select askSam over other products?

IAN HOGG:  Because askSam held any kind of text that could be manipulated to become data.

askSam:  In what ways has askSam helped you in your daily routine?

IAN HOGG: askSam makes finding records and data from all sources easier.

askSam:   How has askSam saved you time or money?

IAN HOGG:  askSam saves time by speeding up data retrieval.  Purchasing askSam hasn't saved any money as the product is not company endorsed - I use it for my own productivity gains.
