askSam Helps Manufacturer Prepare for Court Case

askSam: Mr. Hamma, how has your company used askSam?
GEORGE HAMMA: My company had a problem with a vendor of an optical disk system that never worked according to specification. After six months of trying to get the system to work correctly, we took them to court. In preparation for a session with their attorneys, I went through my notes and entered in askSam dated references to significant conversations, discoveries, and events during this attempt to use their product. After gathering all this information, I sorted it several ways, printing the results for reference. When the meeting happened, we had our act so together that they folded and settled immediately.
askSam: How has askSam made your job faster and more efficient?
GEORGE HAMMA: Without askSam, we could have spent thousands of dollars in attorney time and a lot of hours trying to reach some conclusion to our dispute.
askSam: What kind of customer support have you received from us?
GEORGE HAMMA: Good. My application was simple enough that once I figured out how to tag my entries so they could be pulled out as I needed them, I was home free.
askSam: Would you recommend askSam to others and and why?
GEORGE HAMMA: Definitely! The ease of full-text indexing and data entry will make an upcoming project of organizing all our customer-support records clearly easier than using a rigid, formatted database structure.
askSam: What other uses do you see for askSam in the future?
GEORGE HAMMA: I hope we'll use it for keeping track of our software and systems products to be shared with technical support, administration, and engineering.
