askSam:   Can you tell me how you use askSam?

GARY RICHARDS:  I am the president of Gary Richards Company.  We are head hunters for engineers and technical management for manufacturers of HVAC/R equipment. We use askSam for storing and retrieving resumes and job orders for the purpose of doing searches to establish possible matches.   askSam is also used for other data taken from Internet plus information which would ordinarily be filed in regular physical files.

askSam:   How has askSam made your job any easier, or faster or more efficient?

GARY RICHARDS:   So far it has saved a lot of time from having to manually thumb through many files.  It has turned up candidates that would likely have been overlooked.  This translates into more placements.

askSam:   How did you decide on askSam?

GARY RICHARDS:   I saw it demonstrated at a user group.  It looked good, so we tried it.

askSam:   How does askSam compare to some of the other programs?

GARY RICHARDS:   It took a while to get used to not having a ridged form, but as my computer skills improved, I got to like it more and more.  Today, I would not be without it.  I do miss being able to have a spread sheet look, and would like to see it somehow incorporated into the options.

askSam: Can you tell me about what kind of customer support you have received as a user?

GARY RICHARDS:  You have the best customer support folks I have talked to and by now I have talked to a lot.  Your folks answer the phones in a timely manner, and are always courteous, and sincerely try to help. I would say outstanding.

askSam:  Would you recommend askSam and why?

GARY RICHARDS:   Yes, because it performs, and you support it.  You seem to try to make improvements all the time.
