askSam: What is your role within your organization?

Fran Kanipe: I do all scientific computer programming, mainly on the current world standard radiological risk analysis code RADTRAN.

askSam: Can you tell us how you use askSam?

Fran Kanipe: All RADTRAN change information is imported into the askSam Info Manager. When questions arise as to what changes were made to certain sections of the code, askSam is queried with appropriate words or phrases.  Any and all changes are found and further analyzed.

askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, faster or more efficient?

Fran Kanipe: As in above, changes to code can quickly be found.

askSam:  Can you tell me about what kind of customer support you have received as a user?

Fran Kanipe: I have not needed any customer support.

askSam:  Would you recommend askSam and why?

Fran Kanipe: For our purposes, yes, since all words can be search for.
