askSam:  Dr. Joe, we have appreciated your invitations to present the askSam family of products on your radio program, AT WORK.  Which askSam product(s) are you currently using?

DR. JOE BILLINGIERE: I use askSam Pro as a general, catch-all database for anything I want to remember -- a database that holds all of my management writings, including two years of newspaper columns and a manuscript for a soon to be published book, "A Beginner's Guide to Management."  In addition, I use the Internet application to store web pages and special emails.

askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, faster or more efficient?

DR. JOE BILLINGIERE:   I can't imagine computing without a free-form database capability.  I have always used askSam, and I believe it is fundamental to matching the way a PC works to the way the human brain actually functions.

askSam: What type of customer support have you received as a user?

DR. JOE BILLINGIERE: I have called on several occasions and the help was fast, accurate and friendly.

askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?

DR. JOE BILLINGIERE: As a PC Consultant in addition to my radio work, I recommend askSam to all of my clients.

askSam:  What applications do you plan for askSam in the future?

DR. JOE BILLINGIERE:   This is a tough question.  askSam already works properly.  I would not want to see it grow into a "do everything" suite application.  Lean and mean is the way to stay .. fast searches, instant availability.  If this can be improved somehow, for example a tray icon and instant access, that would be wonderful.
