askSam:  Mr.O'Brien, which askSam product(s) do you use?

CHARLIE O'BRIEN: I am using the askSam DOS Network version along with runtime versions and askSam 3.0 Professional.

askSam: Can you tell me how you use askSam?

CHARLIE O'BRIEN: There are two primary uses for askSam.  The first is to distribute a searchable database of criminal case summaries to public defense lawyers using the askSam runtime version.  Secondly, we maintain our holding of criminal justice materials and reports in our office using the askSam network version and an indexed askSam file for quicker searching.

askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, or faster or more efficient?

CHARLIE O'BRIEN: We prepare the data using a word processor and simply import the data into askSam.  We do add a handful of data fields for searching and outputting purposes.

askSam: Was pricing a factor in deciding to use our products?

CHARLIE O'BRIEN: Yes, definitely, pricing is a factor.

askSam: Can you tell me what kind of customer support you have received as a user?  

CHARLIE O'BRIEN: The support at askSam has always been excellent. Your personal help has also been great.

askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?

CHARLIE O'BRIEN: Yes, I recommend askSam because it is easy to use.  We can quickly add data to our askSam files.

askSam:  What applications do you plan for askSam in the future?

CHARLIE O'BRIEN: We plan to use the askSam Electronic Publisher for training manuals and materials for public defense lawyers.
