askSam and SurfSaver Compatibility
askSam 4.0 is completely compatible with SurfSaver 2.2 folders. To open a SurfSaver folder in askSam simply choose FILE -> OPEN and browse to your SurfSaver directory. Select the folder you wish to open in askSam and choose OPEN.
Once you have the folder open in askSam you can use all the askSam features to better organize your data. With your SurfSaver folder open in askSam you can edit information, add fields and even create reports.
Imagine having the full text of your information --i.e. newspaper articles, magazine stories, resumes or product information -- with the ability to add fields for easy search, retrieval and report output.
The combination of askSam and SurfSaver is a powerful way to organize your information.
