Email (*.mbx) Use this format for standard email package import such as Pocomail, Netscape etc. Standard MBX folders, except Eudora, can be imported using this format.

2. Click on Add Applicant Resume (or press F5 on your keyboard) to add a record to the Resume database. An empty Entry Form appears.
Fill out the fields, save the document (CTRL+S or FILE -> SAVE) and you're ready to import a resume.
3. Choose FILE ® IMPORT.
The Import Menu will appear. Be sure the Import Location is set to End of Current Document.

4. Under Files of Type use the pull down arrow to view the available Import Filters. Select the appropriate File Type to import (for example Microsoft Word).

6. Choose IMPORT.
The resume will be imported to the end of the current document. You are now able to search or edit this information.
Importing Multiple Resumes
In askSam RTS, you can import more than one resume at a time. Import a batch of resumes, each into their own document, and return to the documents at a later time to enter data into the fields.
To import multiple resumes simultaneously into your database:
1. Open the Applicant Profile and Resume Database (resume.ask).
3. Choose FILE ® IMPORT.
The Import Menu will appear. Be sure the Import Location is set to End of File.
Note: To import multiple files at a time, you will need to import documents to the end of the file, not to the end of the current document. Change the settings to End of File
6. Set the Import into Entry Form option to YES.
7. Under File Type use the pull down arrow to view the available Import Filters. Select the appropriate File Type to import (for example Microsoft Word).
