askSam: What is your role within your organization?


LARRY FOX:  I am in charge of the licensing of intellectual property for translation and www content.


askSam: Which askSam product(s) do you use and how do you use it?



LARRY FOX:  I am using askSam 3.0 Windows to archive my email -- in fact I have 10 years worth of email archived in various askSam files.

 


askSam:   How has askSam made your job any easier, faster or more efficient?


LARRY FOX:   I could not function without it.



askSam: Can you tell me about what kind of customer support you have received as a user?


LARRY FOX: The customer support has always been helpful and prompt.



askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?  


LARRY FOX:   Yes, askSam is the only product available that can both archive and retrieve large fragmented text files such as email.
