askSam:  Ms. Kelly, what is your role within your organization?

KAY KELLY:  I am a librarian.

askSam: Which of our product(s) do you use and what applications have you found for askSam?

KAY KELLY:  I am using askSam 2.0 for Windows to manage a bibliographic database of classified & unclassified documents.

askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, faster or more efficient?

KAY KELLY:  In addition to the standard features, the import / export feature & hypertext links have been particularly useful.

askSam:  Can you tell me about what kind of customer support you have received as a user?

KAY KELLY:  OUTSTANDING!  The askSam Technical Support folks have talked & walked me through several special situations.  They have always been very professional, very patient, and very knowledgeable.  Sales Support folks have likewise been very helpful and willing to spend time with questions.

askSam: Would you recommend askSam and why?

KAY KELLY: Yes, I would recommend askSam because of its' flexibility and user friendliness.

askSam:  What applications do you plan for askSam in the future?

KAY KELLY:  I might possibly be importing full text documents into an askSam file.
