askSam Updates Free askSam Viewer

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Jun 15, 2005

Perry, FL -- askSam Systems has released a new version of the askSam Viewer, a free viewer for askSam databases. The askSam Viewer lets users browse and search manuals, catalogs, research notes, legal texts, government regulations, resumes, or any other information distributed in askSam databases.

Users cannot edit or add information with the askSam Viewer. To create or edit databases they require a copy of askSam 6, the popular free-form database software. With askSam 6, users can turn different types of information into full-text searchable databases. The askSam Viewer lets users freely distribute these databases to colleagues, co-workers, friends, and clients.

The updated askSam Viewer supports a folder view making it easier to browse through information.  askSam provides a variety of useful information for researchers, journalists, academics, and other information professionals. These free downloads include:

"askSam is an essential part of my software tool chest. I can research and collect data from anywhere and any source. Once it is in askSam I can edit, rearrange, organize, and search the information easily. Then I can present it and make it totally useful for other people via the web or CD. Fantastic!"
