askSam Wins SIA 2004 Award for Best Application

Perry, FL -- At the 14th annual Shareware Industry Awards ceremony, askSam 5.1 received the award for "Best Application". askSam is a free-form database that can turn different types of information (email, word processing documents, PDF files) into full-text searchable databases. askSam provides non-technical users with a tool to organize notes, research, email, and Web pages.
The Shareware Industry Awards ceremony honors the top shareware products in a variety of categories. Representatives of over 100 software companies attended the awards ceremony which was held in Rochester, New York on July 17th.
