DRUG INFORMATION DATABASE
: Contains information on 24 pharmacy/medical journals and 26 pharmacy
newsletters.
The information on the newsletters and journals dates back to January 1990 and
January 1995,
respectively.
The information provided includes the title of the article, first author's
name, journal citation, and
any keywords that
pertain to the article. All journals and newsletters are reviewed by a
staff drug information pharmacist for pertinent information. This
database currently contains over 34,000 citations.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY DATABASE:
Contains availability information on recently marketed agents (i.e.,
medications, medical
devices, test kits) and discontinued medications dating back to January
1990. The
information provided
includes the generic name(s), trade name, manufacturer, date marketed or
discontinued,
availability (i.e.,
strength, dosage form, status), and a comments section.
