_______

askSam: Which askSam product(s) do you use?

STEVE BRADLEY: I am currently using askSam for Windows 3.0 Professional as well as askSam DOS 5.1.

askSam: Can you tell me how you use askSam?

STEVE BRADLEY:  askSam is used for everything from parishioner databases to word- processing, to research.  It is especially good for importing materials that are intended for later research.

askSam: How has askSam made your job any easier, or faster or more efficient?

STEVE BRADLEY: There are three basic ways that I use askSam. askSam provides me with a ready database of sermonic materials, which I can search (so I don't have to "reinvent the wheel" when I speak on a topic again);  the PERFECT text database system for research, telephone conversations, etc.; and a vehicle for downloading HTML pages which I later use in teaching and so forth.

askSam: Would you describe how askSam has been implemented in your organization?

STEVE BRADLEY: askSam is a personal "pet" of mine.  The rest of the folks here use a standard word-processor / database set of programs.

askSam: Can you tell me about what kind of customer support you have received as a user?

STEVE BRADLEY:  askSam is the best-supported program I've ever used, including the old WordPerfect.  The techs at askSam Systems are interested in my needs and problems, and give real help whenever I call.  They don't ask if I own 100 copies, or 1.

askSam: Would you recommend askSam and Why?

STEVE BRADLEY: I DO RECOMMEND askSam to everyone who might have a use for this fine program.

askSam:  What applications do you plan for askSam in the future?

STEVE BRADLEY: I already do nearly all my work in it; I maintain databases of names, phone #'s, addresses; I maintain email archives; HTML archives; results of research; contacts; The only thing I don't do is maintain our giving records (for the church) in askSam; that seems to fit a standard database / spreadsheet program a bit better.
