1) Just Released: askSam 6 Web Publisher
We've just released an upgrade version of the askSam Web
Publisher. The Web Publisher makes it easy to publish large
amounts of information on the Internet. It's how we've been
putting information like the Bible, Judge Roberts' Decisions,
and the 9-11 Commission Report on-line (and throwing in ads via
Google's AdSense program - see article below).
Without any knowledge of HTML, the Web Publisher lets you import
existing documents and publish this information in a searchable,
hypertext-linked database. You can take large Microsoft Word
documents or PDF files (such as government reports or corporate
policy manuals) and break them into multiple pieces - making
them easier to search and navigate on-line. Users are able to
search and find specific sections of the document - and are not
forced to load and page through large files.
Version 6 of the Web Publisher is fully compatible with askSam 6
allowing you to publish askSam 6 databases on the Web.
