Real Estate Company Uses askSam to Manage Listings & Web site

My job is to create fact sheets about the properties listed with Grady Moore Real Estate. These fact sheets are printed for a listings book in the office and for posters, flyers, ads, etc. The fact sheet information is also used on our Web site ( www.GradyMoore.com ).

This job was much harder before askSam...

1) Before we started using askSam, I created (and printed) fact sheets in Word and then converted them with FrontPage to publish them on our Web site. I also had to rely on another company to manage our Web site. I had to send changes to them and pay to update the site. Now using askSam, and hosting our site with them, I'm able to update our site and upload the file to the server myself. The changes and additions are automatically displayed as soon as I finish the upload. I can't begin to tell you how much time and money this has saved us.

2) With askSam, all our fact sheets are now in one place and can be printed or saved to the Web from one file. No more creating and maintaining two versions of the same listing. The most exciting thing about askSam to me is that I only have to do the fact sheets once, and this saves me so much time. 3) Before askSam, we had no search capabilities. I had to look through a folder full of Word document file names to find a listing. Now I can easily locate listings by address, type of home, number of bedrooms, price range, listing date, status and more. It's simple and I can even pull up a listing while I have a customer on the phone.

4) I used to have no way to properly track expired, pending and closed listings. Now, with askSam I can easily track expired listings. askSam allows me to extract the expired listings to another file,  all based on a field we set up. This way, expired or closed listings do not appear on our Web site. If the listing is reinstated I can easily import it back into the main file, which makes it active again.

askSam has completely changed the way we manage our listings. It has saved us time and money. We have been using our askSam network for three years now and are so much more efficient than we ever were before.

I also use askSam to keep track of client contact information and notes, office notes, and more. The only down side I can think of to using askSam is that I now have so much free time that my boss has assigned me new job responsibilities.
