Build Upgrade Patch
5.1.2.637 (askSam 5.1) Download Now (3 MB)
 
  1. Download the Zip file from the URL above.
  2. Unzip the contents of this file to C:\Program Files\askSam\askSam5\folder. Overwrite all the existing files.
  3. Make sure askSam is closed when you do that.
  4. This does not require you to un-install askSam.

This build fixes:
1. File corruption problems with Network version.
2. Import email into an entry form.
3. Wrong IMAP screen.
4. Attachments clip is not grayed out when users go in the document by double clicking on the report output.
5. Files of Gigabyte in size can now be opened and worked on.
