Welcome Citation to the askSam Family

Some exciting news: we've added two new software applications to the askSam product line, Citation and LegalCitation. Citation is a tool to store bibliographic information and automatically generate formatted citations and bibliographies. LegalCitation is similar to Citation but specializes in organizing and formatting legal citations.  

Citation has a long history as one of the top bibliographic software applications. Citation was created in 1987 by Lynn Fauss, founder of Oberon, and has thousands of users at universities and research institutes throughout the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Lynn will be joining the askSam team as our Director of Academic Products and Services.

As Lynn and I discussed the synergies between our companies, we became excited by the possibilities. She felt that our programming expertise and the askSam technology would benefit Citation. I was impressed by the Citation products as well as the background and expertise Lynn has in the academic and research areas.
