Organize your SurfSaver Information with Filing Cabinets
The ease in which SurfSaver allows you to save Web pages can quickly cause organizational problems. The more pages you save and the more folders you create the more tedious it can be to organize, view, search and manage all this information.
When you are saving Web page information on your computer for a variety of areas of your life --i.e.. business, personal, children, spouse, hobbies - having all your Web pages in one big folder or all of your folders in one big list can be a real nightmare. Filing Cabinets allow you to organize your folders by different topics making it simpler to view and work with all your Web pages. For example, you could have a filing cabinet for work items and another for personal information. Your work cabinet could contain folders like "Competitive Products", "Industry News", "Purchase Receipts". Your personal cabinet could contain folders like "Travel", "Sports", "Shopping", "Photos", etc.
You can even create Filing Cabinets within Filing Cabinets for even more detailed organization. This would allow you to have separate cabinets for your children or your spouse within your personal folder.

II. USING CABINETS
Filing Cabinets also make viewing and working with Web pages and folders easier. Filing cabinets can be viewed and minimized in the list to save space. To view folders within a cabinet, click the plus sign (+) next to the cabinet name. To minimize a cabinet, click the minus (-) sign next to the cabinet name. This will allow you to view only the folders you want to see.
III. SEARCHING CABINETS
SurfSaver lets you search through a single cabinet or through multiple cabinets. To search through a specific cabinet only, simply click the box beside the cabinet name and perform your search. When you click the box beside the cabinet name you will notice that check marks appear beside each of your folders inside that cabinet. This lets you know that only the folders inside this cabinet will be searched.
