Question I just installed Web Publisher on my server and when I try to access the Web Publisher Administrator or sample files published through the Web Publisher, I am receiving the following error.

Resolution

Please follow these directions.

i. Go to the Server Machine

ii. Click Start > Run

iii. In the Run box, type " REGEDT"

iv. A registry window will pop up.

v. Click on the following.      

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> ASKSAM >> WEB PUBLISHER >> 4.0 >> USER REGISTRATION

vi. Double click on the Registration number. This will prompt a new window for entering or editing registration number.

vi. Edit the serial number if it is different than what you have been given when you purchased the Web Publisher.

viii. If you are using a Trial Version of Web Publisher, you won't have any serial number. In that case, you can contact our support technician at - tech@askSam.com
