Topic Unlock code won't work

Question When I enter my unlock code, it tells me it's invalid. What do I do?
Answer Chances are, when you filled out the registration information, you put it in different than when you originally put it into SurfSaver.
Resolution So what you need to do is to go to into the Buy Now screen. Then copy and paste the information (first name, last name, and email address) in an email to tech@asksam.com and you can get a working unlock code.
