Question How am I supposed to uninstall askSam?


Answer The best way to uninstall askSam is through 'Add/Remove Programs' found in your Windows Control Panel.


DO NOT JUST DELETE THE ASKSAM PROGRAM DIRECTORY. While this may delete the actual program, there are still parts of the askSam installation in your system registry that are removed by running the correct uninstall procedure. Deleting the program directory also deletes the uninstall components and you will no longer be able to uninstall all registry entries.


Resolution


1.) Click START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL


2.) Inside the Control Panel is an icon for 'Add/Remove Programs'. Double click this icon.


3.) You should be able to locate your askSam program in the list of installed applications.


4.) Click on the program you want to uninstall and click 'Add/Remove'.
