Question I installed SurfSaver to the Internet Explorer but the entries don't appear in my right click menu.
Answer If they didn't appear automatically, you'll have to edit the registry to get them in.
Resolution
1) Go to Start -> Run, type Regedit, and hit enter.
2) Go under HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3) Go under SOFTWARE
4) Go under MICROSOFT
5) Go under INTERNET EXPLORER
6) Go under MENU EXT
7) Once under MENU EXT, highlight it and click on Edit -> New -> Key
8) Title the first key SurfSaver &QuickSave
9) Do the same thing two more times, and label the second entry SurfSaver Sav&e and the third SurfSaver Searc&h
10) Under each key, you'll need to go to Edit -> New -> String Value
11) Label each String Value to Default and once they're in there, you have to (one by one) right click on the String Value, left click on Modify, and then set the path for the first one to be
C:\PROGRA~1\ASKSAM\SURFSA~1\Save.htm, the second one to be
C:\PROGRA~1\ASKSAM\SURFSA~1\QuickSave.htm, and the third to be
C:\PROGRA~1\ASKSAM\SURFSA~1\Search.htm
12) Once you've done that, You've got to add one more set of variables. Under each Key, go to Edit -> New -> Dword. Label each dword contexts.
13) Right click on the new Dword variable and click on Modify. Once you're in the properties, set the value data to 3.
14) Close the registry and reboot the computer.
