Question I installed SurfSaver to Netscape but whenever I do a SurfSaver Search, it asks for the plugin.

Answer We're working on fixing this problem entirely but until then, we do have a set of steps that will allow Netscape to do the SurfSaver Searches.

Resolution Follow these steps to allow Netscape to recognize SurfSaver as a plugin:

1)Close any programs that you may have open(including SurfSaver and Netscape).

2)Go to Start Menu>Find>Files or Folders.

3)Be sure that where it says Look in you have your Hard Drive Specified.

4)Where it says Named you will need to type the following: as_eng4.dll npssaver.dll

5)Click on "Find Now"

Note: If it dosen't find the one or both of the files email me back and I will send you those two files.

6)Copy and Paste those two files over to your Netscape Plugins directory.

7)Open up Netscape and see if it worked.

"askSam is an essential part of my software tool chest. I can research and collect data from anywhere and any source. Once it is in askSam I can edit, rearrange, organize, and search the information easily. Then I can present it and make it totally useful for other people via the web or CD. Fantastic!"
