Question

I installed SurfSaver version 1.1, but the SurfSaver options do not show up on my Personal Tool Bar or in Bookmarks.  What's wrong?


Answer

Each time you install SurfSaver, a backup of your bookmark.htm file is created with the name: BKMK.SRF.  You will need to remove this file before you reinstall.


Resolution

The BKMK.SRF file is located in your Netscape\Users\username subdirectory.  Simply remove this file and reinstall SurfSaver.
