Question
What do the following commands do when inserted in my report layout? ^BODY, ^#
Answer
The ^BODY tells askSam's report generator that what follows is the body of the report. It is necessary when you have headers inserted at the top of the report layout.
The ^# tells askSam to use regular spaces instead of tabs in blank portions on report output. It is very helpful when adding fields to the file or outputting mailing labels.

"askSam is an essential part of my software tool chest. I can research and collect data from anywhere and any source. Once it is in askSam I can edit, rearrange, organize, and search the information easily. Then I can present it and make it totally useful for other people via the web or CD. Fantastic!"
