Question
I tried to save a page. It's not saving properly (or at all)!
Answer
SurfSaver will save nearly all pages you encounter on the Web, but we do have trouble with some dynamically generated pages and some pages on secure sites.
Resolution
Try saving the page with the "Retrieve only cached data" setting OFF and ON (sometimes one of the two ways will work on a given page).
If this doesn't work, send the URL of the page to tech@askSam.com. We are working on ways to save these pages in SurfSaver.
