      Topic 'NEXT' button disabled on Customer Information screen

Question I am not able to proceed with the installation because the NEXT button is disabled.




Answer This is because the installer requires that ALL fields be filled out, INCLUDING 'Company Name'.


If you do not have a company, you can enter 'Home'.
