Question

When I entered the unlock code to activate SurfSaver, the program responded that my Unlock Code was invalid.

Answer

If you've reinstalled the trial of version of SurfSaver multiple times on your machine, this may occur (it will also happen you overwrote the Beta 4 version of SurfSaver with the release version).  But have no fear, there's an easy solution...

Resolution

The problem is that a new Registration Number is generated each time you access the "Buy Now" wizard. So rather than emailing us the Registration Number, go into the wizard and generate the registration number. Leave the Registration Number on your screen, and call us at 800-800-1997 or 850-584-6590.

We'll verify that you purchased the product, and then we'll give you the key. Type it in and choose the FINISH button. This will properly unlock SurfSaver.
