Question

Why aren't the graphics in my HTML file importing correctly?

Answer

Because Netscape changed the format in which it stores graphic files on your hard drive, askSam 3.0 will occasionally experience a problem when importing HTML files.

Resolution:

We adjusted the import and corrected the problem in the maintenance version 3.0f which is available in the Downloads area of the Technical Support section.
