Topic Importing Email: "Profile requires more information"

Question When I try to import email, it tells me that "The profile "Outlook" requires more information. Please complete the Wizard."

Next, it brings me to a "Set IMAP Properties" window that I am not able to click NEXT on. What should I do?

Answer You have to fill out the Email Profile before you can use it to import email. It requires more information regarding what folders to import, date range, importing attachments, etc.

Resolution Click on the CANCEL button on the "Set IMAP Properties" window. Choose your profile from the list, and then choose the EDIT button.

Inside here, click on each one of the tabs, and fill out the appropriate information. Note: If your email messages are stored on your local hard drive, you will not need to fill out the "IMAP Properties" tab.

Click OK when finished. Next click the checkbox next to your profile name, and then click IMPORT.
