Question I have purchased a copy of the new version of askSam. How can I upgrade and install askSam without losing my old databases?
Answer New versions of askSam install completely independent of previous versions. This means that the new version will not overwrite your previous version. Likewise, askSam does not require that an earlier version of askSam be installed on your system in order to install an upgrade.
When you uninstall askSam (using 'Add/Remove Programs' in your Control Panel), it removes the program components, but will not affect any databases that you have created or modified.
