Question

Certain graphics and banners are not saving.

Answer

There are several reason this could occur. First, you may have checked the setting "Retrieve only cached data". Second, the graphic or banner could be a Java program.

Resolution

Try the following:

1. The "Retrieve only cached data" option may be turned on. This speeds up the saving process, but may lead to certain banners and graphics not being saved. If this is the case, save the page again and choose the OPTIONS button and turn off the option to "Retrieve only cached data".

2. The way certain Java scripts display graphics makes it difficult for us to retrieve these graphics. Send tech@askSam.com the URL of the page and a description of the problem.
