Question
Are reports limited to just fielded information? I want to create a report containing free form text from each document. Is this possible?
Answer
Yes. Use the report Show command.
Resolution
Use the following steps:
1. In your file, choose Tools -> New Report
2. Choose Tools -> Report Tools -> Show
3. Enter the Word or Phrase you wish to locate
4. Enter a number in the quantity field
5. Choose the correct Structure and Direction
6. Choose OK
7. You will return to the Report Layout Editor. Click the mouse pointer where you want to place the text output by the Show command.
