Question My 30 day trial has expired. Can I extend my trial period?

Answer We can send you an extension code that will give you an additional 30 days to try askSam.

Resolution

After your trial period has expired, the 'Try First' button on the askSam startup screen will turn into an 'Extend' button.

Click on the EXTEND button, and it will generate a 16 digit extender code.

Send us the EXTENDER CODE and we will give you an extension code.

You can send us your extender code via our web form at:

or send it in an email message to tech@asksam.com.

You can also get an extension code by calling our Sales Department at

1-800-800-1997.

Note: You can only extend your trial period one time. If you have already extended your trial period, we have no way to extend it a second time.
