Question
I've read in the Users Guide that askSam allows an export to CSV and Tab Delimited formats, but when I choose File -> Export, those formats do not appear under the File Type list. Why not?
Answer
When exporting an askSam file to CSV or Tab Delimited, you must export more than one document at a time.
Resolution
Do not choose Current Document or Tagged Document under the Export option. Instead, choose File -> Export -> Entire File.
