Topic Error when installing; ISScript9.Msi

Question Whenever I try to install SurfSaver, I get the following error message:

"An error occurred while downloading the file http://www.installengine.com/cert03/isengine/isscript9.msi. What would you like to do?"

Answer This error will be shown if you attempt to install SurfSaver and your system does not have InstallShield's install engine on your computer. Most newer systems will already have this engine installed.

During the installation, if you do not have this file, the installer will attempt to download the InstallShield engine from the web. If you do not have a web connection at the time, you will see this error message.

Resolution The file it is attempting to download is approximately 800kb. If you receive this error message, you can establish an internet connection, and then click the "Retry" button".

Or, you could click "Cancel" and download the full setup SurfSaver installer from our website. The full setup includes the "isscript9.msi" engine, so it would not require an internet connection at the time of setup.
