Question When I convert one of my files, it starts to convert but then I get an error message or a General Protection Fault. What's happening?


Answer: The version 1.x, 2.x, 3.x file is probably corrupt. askSam version 4.0 can't convert files that are corrupted.

Resolution To fix this, you will need to open the file in the previous version of askSam and then pack it. Once you've packed the file, it should convert properly to version 4.0.
