Topic ERROR MSG: Document Locked by Another Workstation

Question Whenever I try to edit a specific document, I get a message that says:
"This document is locked by another workstation. Do you wish to try again?"
I know that there is nobody else in the file. What's going on?
Answer This sometime occurs when the file or program is improperly shut down. Packing usually resolves this problem.
Resolution Go to FILE > PACK.
