Question When I import some Word files, why is the font different? In one of the files, the font is "Toronto" in Word but it displays as "Times New Roman" in askSam 4.
Answer You may not have the Toronto font installed on your system. If you don't have a font installed on your machine, askSam chooses the best matching font.
Resolution To fix this, you could find or download whichever font is not displaying, then
re-import the Word file to have it display properly.
