Question
How do I change the font for my entire file when it has different fonts and sizes?
Answer
You must export the file out to *.txt format and import it into a new file that contains the new font settings.
Resolution:
Use the following steps:
1. In your file, choose File -> Export -> Entire File
2. Under File Type, select Text Files (*.txt)
3. Click on Set Options
4. Select String and type @@ in the box
5. Choose OK
6. Under file name, type FONT.TXT
7. Choose OK to begin the export
8. When the export is complete, choose Close
9. Choose File -> New and give the file a name
10. Choose OK
11. Choose Options -> File Preferences and click on File Font
12. Select the font, size, and style you want and choose OK
13. Choose OK
14. Choose File -> Pack and select Close when the pack is complete
15. Choose File -> Import
16. Under File Type, select Text Files (*.TXT)
17. Choose Set Options
18. Select String and type @@ in the box.
19. Choose Remove Delimiter String and click on OK
20. Select the Font.txt file and choose OK to begin the import.
21. When the import is complete, choose Close
22. Don't forget to create an entry form in this new file and copy any reports from the old file before deleting it.
